Meet the Mind Behind Mental Health

Dr. Amira L. Hart

With over a decade of experience in trauma-informed therapy and mental wellness, Dr. Amira Hart understands how crucial first impressions can be—especially in the digital age. She created Rooted & Florece as a response to the clinical, impersonal websites that so often fail to reflect the warmth, nuance, and trust central to therapeutic work.

It's Never Too Late To Get Help,

I share my story with you.

Rooted & Florece began as a quiet calling — a desire to create a space where stillness, softness, and self-return could thrive. Rooted in the belief that healing moves in cycles like the moon and water, it was founded as a refuge for those seeking restoration and reconnection.

"A clear mind begins with a clear space—even online."

After years of experience in mental health, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practice, I wanted to offer something more personal: a space that honors the ebb and flow of each person’s journey. A space where being is enough.

A clear need began with a clear space—even online.

Inspired by the quiet wisdom of nature, we believe growth isn't linear — it’s seasonal, spiraled, and deeply personal. Here, wellness is nourished through reflection, connection, and the steady unfolding of self. Like the bloom that follows deep rooting, we honor the gentle transformations that flourish in their own time.

-Amira L.
